That is the old Hazleton No 1, ladder truck. Tiller. That engine on that truck u could hear on a clear night in the city responding to a call. It was a great truck.

The P5 appears to be from the 2001 Quantum and was repainted in a black chrome finish. If they wire the K5LA & the P5 together, it'll have sound output at over 300 decibels, completely drowning out any sounds around this monster.
I'll assume the Nathan P5's are from the old Rescue? And it has K3's under the front bumper?...
Station sirens are obsolete with all of the alerting apps and new paging radio systems. Still used in PA but back in the 70’s-80’s when I was there, that was the only way II was alerted to a call since we were limited on home Plectron monitors. We only use them in OH as tornado sirens now. Most of the trucks are gone before the siren has barely started its cycle. Cost to maintain them has also gone way up.
They are not obsolete. May be that they're not desired but, not obsolete. Yes, computers and internet Apps give one pre -dispatch info and with that crews are assembled and out the bay doors before the dispatch tones are even touched. The cost to maintain mechanical sirens and their systems is just as costly, if not the same as all of the computer apps and devices that their receive on.
